community revival
Located at the intersection between Lowry and Penn Ave, Cleveland Community Park is supposed to be a very popular place for kids who go to school nearby. This intersection is one of the only two commercial areas along Penn Ave, and it is also the place where 3 different neighborhoods meet. However, this intersection and the park are gradually losing their functions and becoming empty.
My goal is to revive this area, reconnect the residents who live there and redefine the space.
